What is Mundogafas committed to?
To deliver the complete order. However, the buyer declares that he is willing to accept partial deliveries as well.
What should I do if there is a problem with the merchandise?
If the merchandise has suffered any damage or loss caused by transport, the buyer:
shall leave a record of the incident, in writing, on the delivery note of the transport agency and communicate it to Mundogafas.
Give back to Mundogafas the defective frame and obtain the reimbursement of its amount.
Mundogafas will send you a new mount to replace the old one.
What is the claim period for a refund?
From receipt of an order, the buyer has a period of 72 hours to claim, in writing, errors in supply or quantities shipped, provided that it is in its original packaging. Otherwise, Mundogafas reserves the right to return the merchandise and invoice the transport costs. *As an exception and with prior agreement, the merchandise may be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt.
How do I know if the order has been placed correctly?
We will send confirmation to your email that the order is in progress. If you do not receive this email, contact our After-Sales Service.
What are our forms of payment?
Mundogafas offers different forms of payment to its customers. *In the case in which Mundogafas draws direct debit receipts, the buyer expressly accepts the collection in the bank account previously provided to Mundoptica Europa Grupo S.L.. *If it is direct debit, do not forget to request the SEPA mandate.
What does the buyer agree to?
Once the order has been confirmed, the buyer agrees to expressly accept the current general conditions of sale.
